Applications for funding are invited to South Dublin Live from Professional Performers, (ensembles or individuals), South Dublin Community Organisations, and South Dublin Community Centres to perform indoors or outdoors in the South Dublin County Council administrative area. The deadline for applications is Friday 14th April at 4pm.

All genres of performance (Music, Spectacle, Circus, Street Arts, Theatre, Dance, Pantomime, etc.) are encouraged to apply. Small scale solo performances and unplugged presentations through to amplified concerts will be considered. Outdoor performance events are particularly welcome.
In this application form, you are asked for a full description of the proposed event.
There is an option to answer this question either in text (Question 3) or to skip to Question 4 to give your answer by video.
Conditions:
- Applications can be for a minimum of €500 and a maximum of €5,000
- Events must take place prior to Wednesday 1st November 2023.
- Applications may be for one or more events.
- All events will be either free of charge or have a nominal charge.
- All applications must be in line with public health considerations.
- Events should be scheduled into controlled public performance locations.
- Successful applicants will be provided with logos and wording to acknowledge this funding.
- Successful applicants will liaise with the Council's Programme Manager and Social Media Manager.
- The deadline to submit applications is Friday 14th April at 4pm. Late applications will not be accepted.
Applications must include:
- Brief relevant biogs of the performing artists / ensembles / producers and any ancillary staff. (max 500 words)
- Describe of your event in writing (max 500 words) or by video max 4 minutes).
- List the venue and location
- Upload any agreements with venues.
- List the date of the event which must be staged before Wednesday 1st November 2023.
- Details of production/ staging.
- A detailed budget including the fees and costs: Performing Artists; Producer; Promotion; Technicians; Production costs; Venue hire (where relevant); Risk assessment; Public Liability insurance and indemnity of South Dublin County Council; and income including: ticket sales and other grants.

- Experience of the applicants
- Quality of the proposal in comparison to other proposals
- Technical feasibility
- Financial feasibility
