Applications are now sought from community organisations for funding for environmental, recreational and community projects which will mitigate the impact of the Drehid landfill facility on the local community.
The closing date for applications is Thursday 16th March 2023 at 5.00 p.m.
The information required is the same as in past years. However, prior to completing the online application process we recommend that you:
- Read the Drehid Grant Guidelines.
- Use the same profile that you used for your application last year. (If you applied for this grant last year.)
- Set up a dedicated email address in the name of your organisation as this will be used in the profile of your group this year and for future years. (If you are a new group applying.)
- Save digital copies of relevant supporting documents e.g. quotations, deeds, lease etc. and a recent bank statement to your device. You will need to upload these as you complete the online application. All documents must be clearly legible.
Notes:
• You will be asked to select your Municipal District from a drop-down list; please take note all Drehid applicants are located in the Clane/Maynooth municipal district.
• It is essential that you reply to the signature verification email which will issue once your form has been submitted as your application will not be processed otherwise (please check all mailboxes as it may go to you junk/spam/promotions folders).
• Applications must be made using this official online application form.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 2023 APPLICATIONS:
Due to reducing scheme funds, there is now a limit to the maximum amount that can be applied for. Please see Condition 2.1 in the
guidelines.
