If your business was successful and received funds in Phase 1 of this scheme you do not need to re-apply. Clare County Council will contact you automatically in due course.
To complete this application form you will need your Clare County Council Rate Demand. The information you will require is:
Clare County Council Account Customer Number (this can be found on your Rates Demand Document)
Clare County Council Rate Number / LAID (this can be found on your Rates Demand Document)
One Application per LAID must be made.

A Bank Statement Header must be uploaded
